I’m a huge fan of Cecilie Copenhagen and this is the third piece I’ve bought from them; I fell in love with this dress at a shoot. The thick cotton fabric is perfect for a UK or Northern European climate, which means I can wear it all year round – in the Winter with a coat and boots and in the Summer barelegged with a heeled sandal. It’s also crease-resistant and incredibly flattering.
I’ve only recently started to wear earrings because I didn’t get my ears pierced until I was in my thirties. However, with a little peer pressure I took the plunge/needle. Now a whole new world has opened up to me and my ears. These Eddie Borgo earrings are my first buy; they’re just the right size for my smallish lobes and I think the rose gold is flattering against my skintone.
As you all know by now, we’re huge fans of a good red lipstick. I am always on the hunt for new shades or new ranges that can complement my collection. I love this matt lipstick by Chantecaille in Hollyhock. The flattering germanium red glides on smoothly with a matt finish that doesn’t dry out your lips and is easy to reapply. It’s one of my new faves.
Yes, there are certain perks to this job. One of them is that from time to time we are given something useful and beautiful (but less than you would imagine). This is the case with these Aurora London bags monogrammed with our initials. Needless to say we were sold at monogrammed, but they also happen to be the perfect size, lightweight and very chic.
