Can I Track My Order?

Yes, the tracking number will be sent to you once the order is fulfilled. If you’re having trouble tracking your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help  customerservice@seraphinalondon.com.

I am an international customer. Do I have to pay custom duties and import fees?

Items in your order that are for shipment to countries outside of the UK may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”).  Check with your country’s customs control for further information.  Seraphina cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred when importing items. The recipient of the shipment is the
importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

During busy sales periods (Christmas, Black Friday etc.) deliveries may take up to 2 working days longer than usual.  If your order does not arrive by the date stated at your checkout please contact us at  customerservice@seraphinalondon.com.

We hope you love your purchase but if you not 100% happy you can return your purchase(s) within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.  All returns,
both domestic and international, are at the clients expense, unless otherwise agreed. 

If you need to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and purchase the new item that you wish to order.

Returns can only be accepted by us if it is unworn and in a saleable condition with all labels intact and in its original packaging. 

Any returns should be sent to the following address, enclosing a copy of your invoice or receipt with your name and order number. Please also include your email address or daytime telephone number so we can contact you if necessary.

Please ensure goods are returned by recorded delivery as we are not able to take responsibility for goods that do not arrive. In the case of returning an item from outside the EU, you will need to include
a detailed invoice clearly stating that the item/s are returning to the country of origin and therefore not subject to import tax and duties.  This should be
marked on the airway bill as well.  We cannot be held liable for any charges incurred due to incorrect shipping and any costs that we incur will be
deducted from the amount due to for a refund.
