Returns must be placed within 14 days of delivery for UK orders and 28 days for European/Rest Of World orders.You can also process an exchange if you’d like a different size or style. We will only accept the return if the following requirements are met: Item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene sticker. Undergarments must be worn when trying on items. Item/s must not be marked, have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Once returns are received, please allow 3 – 5 days for your refund to be processed Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
