Here we go, the last issue of 2022…

This season, I’m feeling so much gratitude for the fact that we can all celebrate with our friends and family, free from restrictions. I’ll be spending Christmas in London with my daughters and husband, before heading to Norfolk for New Year, along with friends and family, where I’m looking forward to relaxing with delicious food and winter walks. It certainly feels all the sweeter to be with loved ones this year. Together with the rest of the team, we’ve worked hard until the very end to put together a bumper celebration issue that will see you through to the new year.

One of the people we always look to for beautiful festivities is our editor-at-large, and dear friend Deborah Brett. She really knows how to throw a party and we couldn’t think of a more perfect person to star on our cover. We spent a cosy afternoon in her West London home as she shared her holiday tips and traditions, from tree decorations to her signature gingerbread house. Plus, we found out more about her burgeoning ceramics brand – we couldn’t be prouder!

We’ve also turned to two more inspirational women, fashion investor and creative director Eiesha Bharti Pasricha and Hill House Vintage’s Paula Sutton, for their festive essentials and wish-list pieces.

Hitting the slopes? Catching some winter sun? Heading to the countryside? Wherever you’re spending your holiday, don’t miss our handpicked destination style guides, which have everything you need for the perfect packing list. And for those looking forward to a crisp Boxing Day walk, we’ve rounded up the chicest snow boots and balaclavas to keep you toasty.

What’s the festive season without some sparkle? In Style Sheet, we show you four effortless ways to wear metallics, and we’ve found the shimmering eyeshadows that will take your beauty look up a notch. Consider it your guide to New Year’s Eve glamour.

’Tis the season for dreaming and when it comes to dream pieces, a Breitling timepiece is right up there. To mark the launch of the watchmaker’s new Super Chronomat Origins we take a deep dive into the pioneering sustainable materials and processes used to create it. Get ready to be impressed.

Finally, don’t miss our competition to win £750 to spend at Reformation. Talk about a Christmas treat! Good luck!

We’ll be back with a new issue on 10th January. Until then, wishing you all a very merry Christmas and a healthy and happy New Year.
