    Top Tips

    • Spend time finding the right cut for both the blazer and shorts, so you have the versatility of wearing the pieces separately too

    • Consider where you’ll be wearing this: a linen suit is casual but perfect for summer in the city, while lightweight wool is structured and therefore more formal

    • If you want to dip your toe, pair a blazer already in your wardrobe with tailored shorts in a tonal shade and see if you’re convinced
