Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly, however there may be unforeseen delays from time to time. On business days, orders made before 2pm should be dispatched on the same business day. Estimated delivery times provided below should be used as a guide only.
UK Delivery - £6.95
- Orders are sent signed for, tracked, next business day delivery.
International Delivery - £25
- Orders are sent signed for and tracked
- Taxes and duties are included at checkout
- Shipping time approx 3-6 days, dependent on location
Returns
We hope you love your items but if you’re not happy you can return your purchase(s) within 14 days of purchase for an exchange, refund or a credit note.
In the case of refund requests, the return costs are, both domestic and international, at the client's expense and the amount will depend on the carrier selected to return the items. In that case, the cost of the return will be deducted from the amount being refunded to you.
In the cases of exchange requests or requests to issue a Credit Note, the cost of the return will be borne by us.
Sale items are final sale and are not refundable or exchangeable.
Returns will only be accepted by us if the item(s) is unworn and look in a saleable condition with all labels intact and in original packaging.
