“My style has always leaned towards relaxed and effortless. When I lived in London I was forever in jeans, a sweater and trainers. I'd add a blazer if I was on a shoot or wanted to look a bit smarter. Since moving to Sydney I’ve swapped any black in my wardrobe for lighter colours and have wholeheartedly embraced the coastal, laid-back lifestyle. My day-to-day wardrobe is shorts, a tee and flip flops or a sarong, over-sized shirt and a one-piece."

“Moving to Sydney truly changed my life. I feel the work-life balance is much more thoughtfully embraced here – and, of course, the wonderful weather makes it far easier to enjoy the outdoors more often. I love being outside as much as possible and still have ‘pinch-me’ moments that this isn’t just a holiday – I’ve found a real sense of peace here.”

“My style has undoubtedly evolved. I have more time to thoughtfully curate my looks and a clearer sense of what I truly like and what suits me — something I rarely considered before, as I was always styling for others. I feel much more comfortable in my own skin especially since becoming a mother and am drawn to clothing that feels as good as it looks.”

“It’s flats all the way for me – heels are now a rarity. Living in Sydney – especially my part, the Northern Beaches – simply doesn’t cater for them; it’s barefoot or flip-flops most of the time. This bag is a recent find, and I love its vintage feel; the natural tone pairs beautifully with so much in my wardrobe.”

“This is one of those perfect dresses that works for so many occasions and feels amazing to wear. It’s so soft and comfortable – exactly what you want to slip into after a day at the beach. I’d also wear it to a party, New Year’s Eve in Sydney, or even a European wedding. It has a beautiful texture and tone.”

“I absolutely love these sandals – they are the perfect way to dress up a pair of jeans and a nice top (my forever go-to) or a linen mini dress or midi skirt and '90s tee. They give a good injection of fun to a lot of the more simple pieces in my wardrobe.”

“I feel giddy to say that I have a collaboration launching with Australian brand The Upside. I’ve worked with the brand for years and truly admire what they do. For this collaboration, which has been in the making for a year, I wanted to create a beautiful capsule of interchangeable pieces that offer endless outfit combination. There are 15 pieces in the collection and so far I’m up to 43 outfit combinations and counting. My favourites include the trackpants, PJ top and pants, the 90s tee, a one-piece swimsuit and the woven dress.”

“I’m quite lazy when it comes to makeup and often go without, but MERIT has completely changed the game for me. The products are easy to apply quickly and still look great so perfect for busy days. My favourites are the foundation stick and the cream blusher in Beverley Hills and Terracotta. The former for a flushed cheek, the latter for a bronzed effect. The Good Skin duo really does what it says. I’m also a big fan of Lisa Eldridge mascara, Victoria Beckham Posh Balm in Glacé and Emma Lewisham oil cleanser.”

“There’s a newfound sense of brand discovery in this Sydney chapter. Sourcing pieces for myself and researching for my audience and readers, who appreciate and trust my style, is a completely different and far more liberating experience compared to styling for someone else. It’s opened up a fresh, personal connection with fashion that I hadn’t fully explored before. I adore Australian designers and there are so many great brands here including Lucy Folk, Bear Park, Spell, Lee Matthews, Deiji, St Agni, Oroton and of course The Upside!”

“My jewellery is a mix of pieces I've collected over time. I have Annoushka stack rings, some chunkier styles by Dinosaur Designs and a pendant necklace from a collaboration I designed with Kirstie Le Marque a few years ago. One of my favourite pieces is my ‘Dust’ bracelet by Roxanne First which I wear daily — named after my son, Dusty. I wear a beaded cream and green necklace by Milne Watson which actually inspired the palette of my collaboration with The Upside. I also like to layer different lengths of necklaces especially in summer and often wear two fish pendants by Alighieri.”

“My upcoming travel plans include Rottnest Island at the end of the month – fingers crossed for some quality time with the quokkas. I’m not sure who’s more excited, Dusty or me. A van trip across Australia is high on my wish list. We’ve not done Europe yet as a family, so that’s definitely on the cards. Travelling together is one of my favourite things—there’s something about being in a new place that always leaves me feeling inspired, and I nearly always come home with a notebook full of fresh ideas.”

“When packing for Australia, think light layers and – you’ll laugh – a waterproof jacket. I still can’t get over how unpredictable the weather is in Sydney. It’s actually one of my favourite things about the city — you can be swimming one evening and then wearing your favourite cashmere jumper, jeans and clogs the next day.

“I have a lot of crochet in my wardrobe and wanted to create something versatile – something that you can rely on every time you’re packing for holiday. It's the kind of piece that effortlessly takes you from breakfast to drinks and dinner, while also doubling as a beach cover-up for those in-between moments. I love how elegant the neckline and sleeve length feel, plus it's super flattering and surprisingly not too transparent.”
