The Autumn/Winter Jeans Capsule

Edited by
Barrel-Leg
We thought our jeans collection was complete. But then along came Sienna Miller’s M&S collaboration, and suddenly a barrel-leg-jeans-sized space opened up in our wardrobes. Loose-fitting and structural all at once, we love how they bring together the relaxed silhouette of a boyfriend jean but with much more polish.
Wide-Leg
Wide-leg jeans are a versatile and timeless staple that can elevate any wardrobe with their relaxed yet chic silhouette. The retro-inspired shape lends itself to both casual or more elevated looks, and with all things ’70s being a key trend for the season, they’re back in the spotlight.
Cropped
A simple cropped jean in a mid-wash will always be a wardrobe classic, making them a great addition to a capsule wardrobe. The great thing about this style is that it pairs well with almost any top, from fitted tees to oversized shirting, giving you maximum versatility.
Turn-Up
Cuffed – or turn-up – jeans have been making a strong comeback, and it’s a trend we’re fully embracing. Both cropped and full-length styles are having a moment, and they pair beautifully with autumn footwear – from ballet pumps to ankle boots. The best part? You might already have a pair in your wardrobe that you can easily roll up, but if you’re looking for something more permanent, we’ve handpicked a few of our favourites to make your life easier.
Long Straight
With a little more polish than a baggy or boyfriend jean, a longer length straight-leg elongates your legs and has a classic timelessness that’s a cornerstone of capsule wardrobes. The longer length shape feels fresh and modern and pairs perfectly with winter knitwear, tailoring and ankle boots.
