ALPHABET rings are made in sterling silver (925 minimum millesimal standard) or sterling silver gold plated 18K (standard plating of 1 micron thick)
All rings are designed, prototyped and made in Italy, between Padua and Vicenza and this is guaranteed by the goldsmith stamp engraved inside the ring.
The ANAME trademark is also engraved inside the ring with a technique specifically studied to avoid forgery.

EU customers please note that duty/vat will need to be paid on arrival and not included in the cost.
Due to new EU regulations following Brexit, any order from the EU to the UK over the value of £135 is subject to additional import duties and taxes on arrival. ANAME rings are being shipped from Italy therefore this order will be subject to additional fees of approximately 35% of the order value upon arrival. The buyer will receives the products to their chosen delivery address. The buyer is kindly asked to choose a secure delivery address and to provide ANAME with a valid telephone number.
Deliveries are carried out from Monday to Friday during office hours.
ANAME does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.Â
The courier in charge of the delivery is appointed by ANAME at its sole discretion.

ANAME will accept returns on all items within 14 days of the day of the delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed within all original packaging. ANAME has full discretion in determining if items are in original condition when returned.

ANAME will then issue relevant return instructions.Â
Return handling and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.Â
ANAME will reimburse the amount paid (minus any initial shipping costs) within 30 days from the day the products are returned.Â
