Spotlight on: Swarovski

In our book, every party look requires a dose of dazzle, and no brand delivers this quite like Swarovski. The luxury brand’s signature crystal pieces have been featured on international catwalks and worn by Hollywood’s most glamorous stars. Audrey Hepburn even teamed her Hubert de Givenchy LBD with Swarovski jewels in Breakfast at Tiffany’s. It really doesn’t get more iconic than that.

But more than the sparkle, what we really love about Swarovski is the attention to craftsmanship. Over 125 years of expertise go into each and every creation, with the highest quality materials and specialist techniques resulting in extra-special jewellery that is guaranteed to wow for years to come.

Cocktail rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings – the designs balance timeless glamour with contemporary appeal, making for beautiful pieces that cater to every party style and event dress code.

Inspired by sculpture from the Pop Art movement, this cocktail ring is a playfully and unexpectedly soft in shape.
A portrait of Giovanna Battaglia Engelbert

Giovanna Battaglia Engelbert Creative Director

Giovanna Battaglia Engelbert is known as much for her playful personal style as for her impeccable eye for truly great design. The Milan-born editor and stylist started her career as a model for the likes of Dolce & Gabbana, before going on to work with prestigious titles including Vogue Paris and W Magazine, as well as collaborating with numerous world-famous fashion houses. In 2020, Battaglia Engelbert was announced as the Global Creative Director of Swarovski, where her joie de vivre-infused aesthetic lends tasteful flamboyancy to the luxury brand’s signature crystal creations.

“Festive dressing isn’t complete without a scattering of sparkle, and a piece of statement jewellery is just the thing to take an outfit from nought to 60.”
