Extra exposure to sun in the summer months can make my skin quite dry, so I love to use a scrub regularly to slough off any dead skin. This polish feels really revitalising and leaves my legs and feet feeling refreshed, especially after a long day that’s involved a lot of walking in the heat.

Dr. Barbara Sturm is well-known for her science-powered approach to skincare and her commitment to creating anti-inflammatory formulas, meaning every product is gentle and considered. This body cream feels really luxurious but in no way heavy, making it great for hot days.

I love the ethos of Nécessaire, which is all about simplified personal care that doesn’t harm the planet. This vitamin-rich body wash is a great way to start and wash off the day, especially in the warmer seasons. It feels really revitalising, but with none of the skin-stripping qualities I often find in other eucalyptus-based products.
